Call me, tweet me, anytime you need me!

I avoided the Twitter craze for as long as I could until one day, back in 2009, I caved in to peer pressure.  I can't lie, I tried to avoid Twitter for as long as I could.  But, after having to respond "no" every time someone would ask me if I had a Twitter account, I finally figured that I better just see what I was missing.  Turns out I was missing quite a bit.  During the first month of opening my Twitter account, I won a Twitter game and was rewarded with a brand new Blu Ray disc player!  Then, I began to delve in more to see what this Twitter thing was all about. After just a few clicks of the follow button, I was suddenly able to enter the world of some of the most famous (and infamous) celebs and also be amongst the first to find out about new products, great sales, and wonderful events going on at some of my favorite stores and restaurants.

So yes, I love Twitter.  Each day, I'm looking for fun and interesting subjects to follow.  I currently follow 848 people.  Here are some of my favorites:

@jamalbryant - I love his inspirational and witty tweets.

@southernsavers - Each week, she lists the best grocery store deals and links to money-saving coupons!

@kimblehaircare - Love the show LA Hair, love Kim Kimble, and LOVE the fact that she tweets back!!

@usweekly - Love keeping up with what's happening with the celebs.

@vanityfair - Beauty and fashion updates.

@huffingtonpost - Huffington posts keeps me informed about what's going on every day!

@instyle - The best in beauty and fashion. 

@collegegameday - I love college football.  @collegegameday is the best at keeping fans informed on game day.

@usatoday - I'm not always able to watch national news as much as I'd like, but thanks to USA today, I can stay abreast of what's happening in our nation.

@whowhatwear - Fashion updates.  Keeps me informed of what's in and what's out!

These are just a few of my favorites.  Even though I listed these, there are several tweets that I look forward to on the regular.
